Abstract In recent years, space projects have evolved to faster and more variable projects. To adjust the design processes in accordance, new work methodologies arise, as Concurrent Engineering (CE). This working discipline is characterized by collaborative flux of information being improved a dedicated environment. CE has been recently adopted industry for preliminary phase spacecrafts other systems. However, this methodology does not envisage tasks prioritization, which fundamental aspect achieve an optimal solution with efficient allocation resources. variation applying Agile (in task prioritization essential), proposed. allow proper distribution effort depending on project priorities, state requirements, continuous process improve solution. The general aspects proposed method are presented applied mission, results analysed compared classical order outline its differences similarities show potential environment design.
